The remuneration of our employees
The policy of our company is focused on establishing long-term relationships with and serving the interests of our clients. To achieve this, it is essential that we have well-qualified and committed employees. Our remuneration policy is designed in such a way that it contributes to the promotion, attraction, and retention of the right employees. Additionally, our remuneration policy is designed to promote attention to the sustainability risks of investment products.
We ensure that our employees are not incentivized by remuneration to treat customers improperly. Therefore, our employees receive a fixed salary only.
Article 1:120, paragraph 2 of the Financial Supervision Act (Wft) is not applicable to our company.
